Sâmbătă am avut onoarea de a participa în calitate de speaker la Conferința de Drept Penal al Afacerilor - Ediția a XV-a. Doresc să mulțumesc încă o dată domnului profesor Mihai Adrian Hotca pentru invitație și pentru încrederea acordată. Este o adevărată plăcere să contribui la astfel de inițiative valoroase și să împărtășesc idei alături de o comunitate atât de vibrantă. Felicitări organizatorilor pentru un eveniment excelent! A fost o experiență deosebită care ne amintește de importanța colaborării și a dialogului pentru a crea un impact pozitiv. Totodată, în cadrul conferinței a fost lansat al doilea număr al Anuarului ARDPA unde am contribuit cu articolul “Rolul Oficiului European de Luptă Antifraudă și al Departamentului pentru Lupta Antifraudă în procesul penal și valoarea probatorie a rezultatului activității investigative a acestora”. #ARDPA #Dreptpenalalafacerilor #CMS

🌟 Diversity in Minds, Openness in Hearts 🌟   Last week at CMS Romania, as part of our CSR initiative, we hosted a workshop that truly touched our souls: Minți diverse & inimi deschise. Despre autism.   With guidance from Martin Roxana - Ioana, a dedicated speech therapist from Asociația Help Autism, we explored the realities of autism spectrum disorders. Together, we tried to break down stereotypes, learned to identify the early signs, discovered therapeutic tools, and discussed how to create inclusive spaces for children with special educational needs. The session left us inspired, reminding us of the power of understanding and inclusion. 💙   A huge thank you to everyone who joined, supported, and donated to Help Autism’s mission to create a more inclusive world. 📢 Legal update: Romanian Senate approves draft law to strengthen the resilience of critical entities   Romania is moving forward with the implementation of Directive 2022/2557 on the resilience of critical entities (CER Directive). On 1 October 2024, the Romanian Chamber of Deputies registered the draft law after the Senate approved the government’s bill.
