What is Hardware in the Loop testing? Hardware in the Loop (HIL) testing is a method used to develop and test complex real-time embedded systems. It connects a controller to a test system that mimics the real-world conditions of a finished product while enabling the automation of the testing process. At ARS, we developed an HIL board for one of our clients with capabilities of: 🔹 Automatic hardware testing during the CI/CD cycle 🔹 Manual system integration testing 🔹 Simulation of: - External power supply - Battery power supply (variable voltage, battery drain simulation) - Pulse generation for flow sensor simulation - Resistive sensor simulation - Button presses 🔹 Monitoring and recording of: - Precise current consumption (ranging from 20 µA to 1.5 A) - Actuator outputs - System log 🔹 Access to the programming interface How does it help in development? Using this board in our tests helps us reduce development time and cost, minimizes the need for expensive physical prototypes, and ensures that the final product meets all specifications and performance criteria. If you're interested in learning more or have a project that could benefit from our expertise, reach out to us. Let's explore how we can turn your ideas into reality! 🚀

At ARS, we are developing innovative products that help people in faster injury recovery and provide remote healthcare to patients. What is BFR training? Blood Flow Restriction exercise modifies blood flow to working muscles and reduces blood flow leaving from the muscle to create a state of reduced oxygen, replicating high-intensity exercise. 🏋️♂️ Discover how we contributed to the development of this unique device!
