In 2023, we revamped our website and earned awards, but here’s the truth — it didn’t boost CTR or conversions. So, we went back to the drawing board. On the first glance, you might say we didn't change much, they still look very similar if not the same to many. But if you pay close attention you'll see that we updated hero section quite a lot. At first glance, you might not notice much of a difference in the redesign. The overall look is similar, but the changes run deeper than aesthetics. Here’s what we did: 🟢 Reimagined the hero section to better capture attention and set the tone. 🟢 Shifted from a self-focused narrative to highlighting the impact we create for clients, sharing real stories through written and video formats. 🟢 Streamlined the user journey to make it clearer how we can help, supported by meaningful, A/B-tested CTAs that deliver results. This wasn’t guesswork — it was all data-driven. Using Hotjar | by Contentsquare, Google Analytics 4, and user testing, we identified what needed to change. The results? In less than 6 months, we went from barely generating leads to achieving a 1% increase in conversions. As a designer, I love seeing creative, visually stunning work come to life. But this experience reinforced an important lesson: prioritize results first, and let design support those goals. This shift didn’t just improve our website performance — it’s transformed how we approach projects for clients, allowing us to expand our services and position ourselves for growth.
