Responsibilities Design and develop new applications, and maintain existing backend services using Java language and Microsoft SQL Server/PostgreSQL as database. Cloud Engineering: Manage and deploy applications on Azure Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and performance on existing infrastructure Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and conduct unit and integration testing. Reassuring and overseeing the implementation of best practices across multiple projects/teams. Team's work: Work with cross-functional teams, on multiple projects with different technology stacks and project structures, including product managers, designers, Test engineers, and Cloud Engineers, to develop end-to-end solutions. Agile Development: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews. Technical Skills Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on development experience and another 3+ years of leading architectural decisions, solution blueprinting & technical design. Strong Java (11+) knowledge, Spring Boot 3.x.x, database schema design (Microsoft SQL Server/PostgreSQL) - Experience with .NET tech stack is nice to have. Understanding and practical knowledge of deploying systems secured with Keycloak or similar IAM systems Understanding and practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (knowledge of ArgoCD is nice to have) Experience with monitoring tools Datadog or Graphana Practical knowledge of architecture (Clean/Hexagonal/Onion architecture) patterns and coding practices. Experience with event-driven systems (service or microservice-oriented architectures) Experience with Confluence, Jira, draw.io is nice to have Practical experience with designing architectural diagrams with C4 and documenting architecture decisions with arc42 is nice to have
