真的是我人生住過最差酒店第一.五星的價格五星的酒店.店裡員工就像差他幾百萬似的服務非常不好.白天7.8點外面就很吵.隔音超級差！半夜2.3點地板聲音跟外面機器聲音吵不停，沒用空調30度的天，所有枕頭一股異味很臭.白天把這些情況告知前台處理他們一副沒辦法就這樣給你換房間.換了房間還是一樣還死鴨子嘴硬説空調就這樣沒毛病.我們只是需要解釋枕頭換一下也就擺了態度冷漠的就像我們故意來找事兒.衞生很糟糕..簡直一堆吐槽點！還不如一晚上2千的酒店最起碼人家有空調！謹慎入住選擇！

We had a good stay at the Cotton House Hotel, and overall, it’s a solid option for anyone looking for a boutique hotel experience in a central location. What We Loved Location (9/10): The hotel is in a great spot, making it easy to explore the city. Most attractions and restaurants were conveniently accessible. Check-In Experience: The check-in process was seamless—quick, efficient, and paired with excellent service from the staff. Room Upgrade: As Platinum members, we were upgraded to a larger room, which was much appreciated and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Breakfast: Breakfast was pretty good, with jamón and coffee being the standouts. The quality of the coffee alone makes it worth starting your day here. Boutique Vibe: The hotel felt cozy and unique, more like a boutique property than a traditional chain, which made the experience feel special. Downsides Tiny Gym: The gym is very small and doesn’t even have a treadmill, so fitness enthusiasts should keep this in mind when booking. If you’re looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel with a boutique feel and don’t mind the limited gym facilities, the Cotton House Hotel is a great choice. We’d definitely consider staying again for the location and overall vibe.
