The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained bedsheets and hair on the pillowcase, though the mattress was comfortable. Shower water pressure was good. However the hotel lacks an elevator. On my final day, I twice experienced issues with my keycard failing to grant room access after stepping out, requiring assistance from the staff.
The location is good. In the evenings, many birds gather around the hotel and nearby buildings, so caution is needed to avoid bird droppings when stepping outside.

Great location in the town center . However room window is dirty with bird droppings. Hope they can clean up the dropping regularly.

A budget hotel in Kluang town area with affordabe price, and no deposit required! The Standard Single Room is quite small but cozy snd comfy, cleanliness was acceptable but towel not clean and seasoned. The front-desk staff was friendly and Wifi connection was good too.

Clean comfy bed but the room is small. Location is central, about 10 minutes walk from Kluang bus station. Ok for transit.

Cons:
- No lift
- Shoplot hotel. Reception at 1st floor. Like going to a massage parlor.
- Room 203 floods during shower
- Room 203 has window. Swarmed by ever chirping sparrow all through the night
- Highly unlikely this is a 3star hotel.
Pro:
One of the worst hotel.

The hotel location is good. But don't have car parking lot. Having to park my car over night along roadside felt rather unsecured. The toiletory item need improvement especially the shower gel & shampoo which came in small little sachets which is too little in quality. We end up using the hand soap to bath. Room lighting too dim and some part of the room has no lighting at all. Aircon shutdown by itself middle of the night.
