We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the hotel. The staff provided personable and thoughtful service, which we really appreciated. The hotel has a big farm area facing the mountain, which we could see from our comfortable room. It was therapeutic to see animals roaming freely, and they were very tamed. The hotel provided good food, including dinner, if you dined there. We had fun taking photos in traditional clothings in the hotel compound as part of the package. The staff also helped arrange for reliable and friendly drivers, Zuoma and Nongbu, to bring us to the Balakezong Scenic Area and our next destination. We would recommend a longer stay at this hotel, as it's a good place to relax, recharge, and connect with nature. We will definitely go back again!

A great place for families with kids. The animals (Alaskan dogs, Alpaca, sheeps, goats,ponies, deers) are all tame. Recommended to take the Snow Mountain Cabin room type. The room is comfy and clean. The staffs are all friendly and provide superb service to guest. You can have your meals (breakfast, lunch, tea break, dinner, & supper) in the hotel itself. We can even ordered dishes which are not on the menu and they did their best to accomodate. Worth spending your time in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay with families/couples! Nice environment and friendly staffs here🥰 I love their cozy house and feel warm while staying here. They provide great breakfast with variety of food👍🏻 They do have complimentary dessert (cakes and coffee) everyday. Also, you can wear their traditional clothes/dress and book for the outdoor professional photo-shooting. Every room is entitled for 3 photos for free. Extra photos is charged for only RMB30 only for each copy.

Great hospitality from the hotel. The hotel room is very nice and clean. The view is fantastic with animals and mountains. There is also a service for photographs in the hotel with traditional costumes provided.

This place is awesome! My children enjoyed their stay here. It has an amazing unblocked view of the mountain. We could spend hours looking at the scenery. The service is also great. The staff are friendly and are always looking out for us. They provided complimentary photoshoot, tea break and in-house laundry. They also served us warm desserts and milk at night. The room is small but cozy. My children love hanging out with the animals at the hotel’s farm. The animals are very cute and playful. Occasionally, the animals will appear at our balcony and front door. Would definitely recommend this place!

I really loved staying at this place as it was right in the middle of the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a pity we arrived late, as we missed the animal feeding experience. Our family room was extremely spacious and comfy, and we were welcomed with cakes and hot coffee. There were also 3 huge friendly dogs of ******* breed within the manor!

Absolute best hotel experience ever! Where do I even start - from the beginning their thoughtfulness can be seen in every aspect, ensuring we are well fed, helping us out with our itinerary, extra amenities in the room (humidifier, oxygen machine, Dyson hair dryer) etc. And the room was the cherry on top - beautifully furnished with the million dollar view of endless grasslands with freely roaming animals, would literally sit by the window forever if we could. The service was also phenomenal, the team was ultra responsive and supportive, and the best part was how much they love the animals in the way they care and play for the animals. This is just such a dream destination and family-friendly/honeymoon-worthy place, 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

one of the best accommodations i’ve stayed in. they provided us with free pickup and drop off from the train station. from my balcony, i got to enjoy the mountain view. i could also play with the dogs and farm animals within the compound. they provided afternoon snacks, free oxygen supply, and free costume rental. at night, they would also provide us with sweet soup. breakfast is excellent! the room is comfortable and equipped with heater, dehumidifier. it also has a projector and speaker. overall would recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor (Shangri-La Branch). The spacious family suite was perfect for our needs, and the service was excellent, with convenient pickup and drop-off at the train station. We loved the adorable animals outside our room and the stunning early morning views. The complimentary traditional costumes and photoshoot were a delightful bonus, and the photographer, 南南, was patient and did a fantastic job capturing our experience.

Spent 4 beautiful nights in LISMAN Xinsu Muye Hotel, where my family and I were well-rested. Having been used to all the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounding ourselves with greenery and nature was the best choice. An absolutely 5 stars to the environment and service, you could stay in the hotel all day and still be entertained. Domesticated animals were friendly, calm and clean, spent an entire day playing with them. Definitely the best choice for city-hustlers!

Staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. We couldn't get a ride hailng cab to our destination and they offered to send us 🥹 too kind of them. Breakfast was not too bad...you can even ask for a takeaway drink if you'd like.

We genuinely enjoyed our time at Lisiman. When we first arrived at the hotel, we recalled being welcomed by their resident huskies. As we relaxed in the cozy lounge area, nice music was playing in the background. Despite language barrier, the staff was friendly and always attended to our needs. The hotel was located at Napa Lake scenic area side, but it was easy to find DiDi to go to Dukezong Ancient Town and Ganden Sumtseling Monastery. On our second day in Shangri-la, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel, taking in the peace and quite while watching the animals.

Absolutely incredible experience - it’s more than just a hotel with stunning views of the grassland and mountains! Pros - - the hotel is home to many adorable animals, which you can give free pets and even feed. Even if you don’t particularly enjoy animals, they surely liven the place and provide the perfect backdrop for your grassland landscape pic - the room was well furnished with marshall speakers, apelles supply, Dyson hairdryer, humidifier, room heater, and an oxygen generator and tube. It was also impeccably clean even for someone with abit of OCD. I must say the facilities surpassed most of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. - there’s a free ******* clothing photography experience which you can opt for - convenient location which is about a 10-minute drive away from the city and a 5-minute drive away from the nearest horse-riding park - and most importantly what completes this experience was the butlers. The service was top notch! They were extremely attentive, friendly, and accommodating. From the welcome snacks to the tour of the room, the friendly advice to prevent altitude sickness, the shuttle to horse-riding park, tweaking menu to suit dietary needs, serving warm milk at night, laundry service, and satisfying my curiosity by sharing about the city and local culture. They definitely went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and ensure they have a great time. Thank you to all of you again! Cons - absolutely nothing. I hardly go at lengths to recommend a hotel as much as this but this is definitely a place one should visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
