On November 6th, Oggy Nduka led an engaging Sales & Marketing masterclass as part of the AfriCircular Innovators Program. 🚀 This setting allowed for an interactive session that went beyond prepared slides, focusing instead on practical strategies for sales growth. Drawing from his own sales journey, Oggy stressed the importance of “knowing your power” and the choice between acting with courage—focused on customer needs and helping clients make decisions—and letting pride guide responses. Through exercises like the “Know Your Customer” activity and the ISCORE framework, participants explored practical techniques for improving client engagement and decision-making support. The workshop also focused on mindset, encouraging participants to prioritize their sales process rather than attaching to specific outcomes, as success often follows well-executed steps.
