Last week, KIFC partnered with the Rwanda Cooperative Agency to conduct a two-day awareness workshop on Beneficial Ownership identification and reporting obligations. The workshop equipped participants representing different cooperatives with a clear understanding of their responsibilities to collect, maintain, and report beneficial ownership information, in compliance with Rwanda’s new cooperative law.
