As he closed the workshop, the RNOSC Secretary General, Mr. Joseph Kajangwe, expressed gratitude to Rwanda Governance Board and Ministry of Sports l Rwanda for their collaboration in making today’s workshop happen. To harmonize the new NGO law with the specific needs of the sports sector, representatives engaged in a participatory discussion with the RGB representative, voicing their concerns and receiving clarifications in line with the law. #SportsGovernance

Officially kicking off the workshop is the RNOSC Secretary General, Mr. Joseph Kajangwe, expressing gratitude towards the National Federations and the Ministry of Sports for attending today's workshop. “There’s a new law governing NGOs that directly impacts sports governance organizations. Held on 21st December, the workshop on 'Advancing Leadership & Management at Federations and Club Levels' made a significant impact on the Rwanda Badminton Sport Federation's conflict resolution approach and sparked fresh initiatives that included a plan to start a championship.

To officially conclude the workshops, RNOSC Secretary General, Mr. Joseph Kajangwe, delivered his remarks: “Every sport needs visionary leadership to thrive. Building on what you’ve learned here, I encourage you to be humble, value your subordinates, and learn from your mistakes.' “Remember, Badminton is an Olympic sport. You’ve heard about Olympic Programmes that could benefit you—these require strong leadership, effective communication, and strong administrative policies,” added the Secretary General of RNOSC, Joseph Kajangwe.
