The AMAALA Staff Village The AMAALA Employee Village is located on the Red Sea coast, approximately 13 km north of the wider Triple Bay masterplan, and will accommodate nearly 20,000 employees. The AMAALA Staff Village masterplan comprises of the construction of 12,350 residential units as well as several retail buildings strategically distributed between the neighbourhoods. It is anchored around an expansive coastal lagoon, reflecting the destination’s wider masterplans. The village features a range of residential homes, coupled with recreational facilities and amenities, creating a central hub for employees to live, work and relax. The village will be connective, encouraging walkability and cycling, and is designed to enable a strong sense of community in a resort setting. The village will also service the residents with a mosque, civic building & sports facilities. More than 16,000 sqm of Stopray Grey Vision-36T high performance #AGCObeikanGlass is supplied to the project.
