On 18th November 2024, Air Products Middle East celebrated the graduation ceremony for Cohorts 1 & 2 of FETA, the Female Engineers and Technical Associates program. The event was held in the Company’s Middle East Headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the auspices of senior representatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Eastern Province and Air Products regional and global leadership. The FETA program, which was launched in 2022, is a unique program enabling the progression and career development of the next generation of female talent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The vision of which is aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Air Products’ Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda.
