We were proud to serve as an Empowered Partner for the 2024 LEWAS - Leadership Excellence for Women Awards & Symposium, championing diversity, inclusion, and innovation in the energy sector. This year’s event was a powerful platform to discuss leadership and foster meaningful conversations about the future of our industry. Our Vice President & Managing Director, Juan Manuel Tovar Griñan, joined Amirah Alsuhaili in a thought-provoking panel discussion titled "Reverse Mentorship: Listening to What Gen Z Has to Say; Touching on Skills of Tomorrow". Together, they explored how Gen Z’s perspectives are shaping the workforce of tomorrow, highlighting the value of cross-generational learning and collaboration. In another insightful session, Firas Zawati participated in the panel discussion, "10 Easy Things You Can Do to Save Male Allyship", offering actionable ideas and sharing his dedication to fostering inclusive leadership within the energy industry. We are thrilled to share that KBR-AMCDE has signed a Framework Agreement with Subsea7 at ADIPEC 2024. This collaboration marks a significant milestone, allowing KBR-AMCDE to expand our presence in the Kingdom’s offshore sector, particularly in detailed design of complex offshore projects. This framework agreement strengthens our commitment to delivering excellence and expertise in Saudi Arabia's offshore sector.   With a seasoned team of over 100 offshore-trained professionals stationed within our Khobar office, KBR-AMCDE has been a key player in the Kingdom's Offshore Maintain Potential Program since 2015. Our capabilities in Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Project Management Consultancy have supported both brownfield and greenfield projects, feasibility studies, and construction support engineering.   Saudi Arabia’s offshore sector is set for remarkable growth as part of Vision 2030, with ambitious plans to modernize and expand. The Kingdom is already home to Safaniyah, the world’s largest conventional offshore oil field, with a capacity of over 1.2 million barrels per day. Now, with emerging projects in the Red Sea and investments in advanced technology, Saudi Arabia is poised to further increase production capacity and secure its position as a global energy leader. The focus on expanding KBR-AMCDEs offshore footprint aligns with the Kingdom’s goals, supporting sustainable practices, and enhancing offshore output to meet both local and global demand.   We extend our gratitude to Subsea 7 for this partnership which showcases the power of combining complementary strengths to deliver solutions that exceed expectations, creating new opportunities and innovations for our clients. Advancing Safety Through Technology How is technology shaping the future of workplace safety? KBR-AMCDE’s Vice President, Juan Manuel Tovar Griñan, joined industry leaders at the Advancing Safety Through Technology panel, hosted by The American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia (AmCham Saudi Arabia) in collaboration with Total Safety, led by Rick Pitman. During the session, Juan emphasized KBR's Zero Harm culture as the strong foundation to achieve 24/7 injury-free environments for everyone and how advanced technology supports this goal. We are proud of our community, where employees care for each other both in the workplace and beyond through our Courage to Care Conversations, fostering an environment that encourages safety and well-being. He also shared examples of how KBR is successfully implementing AI, IoT, and VR technologies in some of our projects to enhance operational excellence in workplace safety. Jay Ibrahim visited Al Khobar office and took the time to recognize the One Ocean team for their exceptional efforts in delivering a seamless and impactful curriculum to 10 public schools educating more than 400 students in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia last academic year which was closed-out by a fantastic ceremony with all involved government entities. His acknowledgment highlighted the dedication, teamwork, and passion that made the program a success, emphasizing our shared commitment to ocean conservation.   Jay also recognized the Zero Harm champions and their contributions to the Courage to Care Conversations which is a key factor in spreading the caring culture among Al Khobar office employees. The visit wrapped up with a lunch with the talented Saudi Employee Recourses Groups (IMPACT, Aspire and Toast Masters) to celebrate their accomplishments and the meaningful work ahead.

On Wednesday, we hosted our very first town hall livestreamd from Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia! We were honored to have CEO Stuart Bradie and VP of Investor Relations Jamie Dubray with us, sharing valuable updates on our business performance, strategic goals, and vision for the future. Stuart and Jamie's updates underscored our commitment to tackling the world's most complex challenges, from pioneering sustainable solutions to enhancing operational resilience and creating a positive impact for our communities and partners. We had an incredible visit to the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) It was an honor to have Jamie DuBray with us as we explored this amazing space. One highlight was our hands-on experience learning about recycling and sustainability. It was eye-opening to see how we can all contribute to a greener future.
