في عام 2023، أطلقت وزارة الصناعة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة برنامج "مُصنّعين"، كمبادرة تحت مظلة برنامج "المحتوى الوطني"، بهدف توفير فرص وظيفية نوعية وتأهيل وتدريب الكوادر الإماراتية للعمل في قطاع الصناعة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة. وخلال السنوات الماضية تم إقامة المعرض في كل من أبوظبي ورأس الخيمة والعين بمشاركة واسعة من الشركات وحضور كبير من المواطنين. تعرّفوا على أهم مخرجات وإنجازات النسخ الماضية من "مُصنّعين". In 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology launched the ‘Industrialists’ programme under the ICV Programme, aiming to create quality career opportunities and train Emirati talent for the industrial and advanced technology sector. Over the years, the exhibition has been held in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain, attracting wide participation from companies and Emirati professionals.
