Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube. 2. Create and publish high-quality content (e.g., graphics, videos, written content) that engages with the audience and reflects the company's brand voice and values. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, provide reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). 4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features to ensure the company's social media strategy remains effective. 5. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting skills. 7. Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics and reporting. 8. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with the overall marketing strategy and campaigns. 9. Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand reputation. 10. Use social media management tools to schedule and automate posts and analyze data.
