This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for construction projects, evaluating potential risks related to scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and environmental impact. Develop risk management plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks, collaborating closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, working closely with regulatory bodies as required. Prepare and present detailed risk reports, including risk registers, risk matrices, and mitigation plans, to senior management and project stakeholders. Lead crisis and emergency response efforts, developing and implementing emergency response plans for construction sites. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. 15 years’ experience in risk management within the construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction processes and project management.
