We are hiring!!!! 📢 Job Title: Architect Engineer (LEED Certified) with Sustainability Focus Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Architect Engineer having a LEED certification and a strong commitment to sustainability principles. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design, engineering principles, and sustainable building practices. They will play a pivotal role in designing, support, and overseeing construction projects with a focus on minimizing environmental impact and maximizing energy efficiency. Responsibilities: Project Design: - Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Develop supporting sustainable design strategies that integrate green building principles into architectural plans. LEED Certification and Compliance: - Serve as the Essential point of contact for LEED certification processes. - Ensure projects adhere to LEED standards and requirements throughout all phases of design and construction. - Coordinate with project teams to implement sustainable strategies and practices that contribute to LEED certification. Sustainability Integration: - Research and incorporate innovative sustainable technologies and materials into project designs. - Advise on renewable energy systems, water conservation measures, and other sustainability initiatives. Client Engagement and Education: - Communicate with clients to educate them on the benefits of sustainable design practices. - Present proposals, reports, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. - Act as a sustainability advocate, promoting awareness and understanding of environmental issues within the industry and community. Qualifications: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. - Professional licensure as an Architect or Engineer (preferred). - LEED accreditation (LEED AP) with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C) or equivalent. - Proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on sustainable building practices. - Strong understanding of green building principles, codes, and regulations. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. - Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on advancements in sustainable design and construction. - Awareness of MEP system and commissioning as per LEED.
