أقرت اللجنة العامة للمواصفات، خلال اجتماعها الـ44،(210) مشاريع مواصفات خليجية، و(9) مشاريع لوائح فنية خليجية، إضافة إلى (18) مشروع ترجمة لمواصفات قياسية ولوائح فنية خليجية، و(10) تعديلات فنية. وانطلقت أعمال الاجتماع في دولة #الكويت خلال الفترة من 17 إلى 19 فبراير 2025، بمشاركة ممثلين عن الجهات المعنية بالمواصفات والمقاييس في #دول_مجلس_التعاون_الخليجي، بهدف تعزيز التعاون وتوحيد الجهود في تطوير المواصفات القياسية الخليجية، بما يسهم في دعم حركة التجارة وتحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي بين دول المجلس. The General Committee for Standards approved 210 Gulf standardization projects, nine Gulf technical regulations projects, 18 translation projects for Gulf standard specifications and technical regulations, and 10 technical amendments during its 44th meeting. This meeting took place in the State of #Kuwait from February 17 to 19, 2025, with representatives from entities concerned with specifications and standards in #the_Gulf_Cooperation_Council_countries. The aim was to enhance cooperation and unify efforts in developing Gulf standard specifications, which support trade movement and achieve economic integration among the Council countries.

أصدرت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء تعميمًا يؤكد منع استخدام العبارات أو الشعارات التي توحي بأن المنتج التجميلي مخصص لمنطقة جغرافية محددة، مشيرة إلى أن ذلك يعد مخالفة للمعايير الواردة في لائحة ادعاءات مستحضرات التجميل (SFDA.CO/GSO 2528). وأكدت الهيئة على ضرورة التزام جميع المصنعين والمستوردين ومديري مستودعات منتجات التجميل بعدم إضافة مثل هذه العبارات أو الشعارات إلى منتجاتهم، لافتة إلى أنه لن يتم فسح المنتجات المخالفة. The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has issued a circular confirming the prohibition of using phrases or logos that imply a cosmetic product is intended for a specific geographical area. This practice violates the standards outlined in the Cosmetics Claims Regulation (SFDA.CO/GSO 2528). The Authority emphasized that all manufacturers, importers, and warehouse managers of cosmetic products must refrain from adding such phrases or logos to their products. It was also stated that products found violating this rule will not be released.
