Waed is a Joint Venture between Urban Company, Asia's biggest home services provider platform and SMASCO, the biggest Manpower company in Saudi Arabia. UC entered KSA three years back and now is in the process of growing their home services business. SMASCO is a pioneer in the home services space in Saudi Arabia, and operates KSA's biggest hourly cleaning business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Riyadh for a Business Development Associate at Urban Company. Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

1. Ensure supply availability according to demand projections. Facilitate arrival, accommodation arrangements and transportation arrangements for partners
2. Manage procurement, inventory, and issuance of tools & equipment andconsumables to partners as required
3. Conduct training and retraining operations to make partners ready in time for deployment
4. Managing the partners’ calendar accurately in the system
5. Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time by managing transportation arrangements and ensure the drop offs at the customer's house are not missed, and always done on time
6. Ensure partners use prescribed sets of equipment and consumables on each and every job
7. Increase utilization of partners to maximize profitability
