Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Director at BTT®. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion. This includes planning and organizing project activities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality control, and communicating project updates to key stakeholders. The Project Director will also be responsible for leading and motivating project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction and fit out industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively plan, organize, and coordinate project activities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
Relevant certification in project management is a plus
