I was really happy with the location and been able to watch the Panagbenga 2025 parade from start to finish ☺️. The only downside is that the toilet is clogged and the water don’t really go down fast enough to flush the 💩

The location is along Session Road, the best place to stay when you visit Baguio City. My concern is only why the key needs to be surrendered when guests go out, it feels not safe for me and my things.

Does not recommend No air conditioning. Toilet gets clog up easily and leaking water when flushed. You have to walk up to second floor to use elevator to the hotel.

The accommodation is quite old already. Location is very convenient. Staff are nice. Service is good. We didnt encounter any problems. I think the place needs renovation already.
