I loved this place. Food is amazing, rooms are so big and clean

The stay was good. Buffet breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian.

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

The buffet had a really nice spread and the flavours were subtle and not overwhelming. Would definitely visit again. Special mention for Saravanan and Venkatesh they were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering this for Lunch

Really good service. Especially Venkatesh at Machan was quite helpful. Overall an amazing stay. The help by the staff in order to arrange for surprise plan at the last moment was quite helpful as well. Mr Biplab at Machan helped us quite a bit at dinner to rectify the menu. Sachin at Loya was an amazing guy!

We stayed only one night here in the club room with balcony. It was the getaway we needed away from the city life, right within the city. But the most memorable of all was the breakfast in their beautiful garden. Their staff, Venkatesh and Naveen made us feel very hospitable too.

It is a very nice heritage property of Taj. Well maintained and the Service were really up to the mark by Naveen and Venkatesh. Breakfast had a really nice and wide spread with live counter food coming in piping hot at our table. Really nice hospitality.

Good service. Prakash babu has been helpful with kids meal specifications and other requirements Overall good experience, good food spread Have rabbits, ducks as well for kids. They let you feed rabbits as well, good flora and fauna gardens as well

Everything was exceptional, especially the service thanks to the likes of Shobhit, Ruddy and of course Addy. The food was delectable - and don't even get me started on the rooms! The entire atmosphere felt almost utopian. Staying at the Taj West End felt like a home away from home.

Taj westend, Great vibes and ambience is truly beautiful. Special shout out to Venkatesh and Naveen for their hospitality during our breakfast. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. Loved the stay here. Will definitely recommend and visit again
