Wilque Hotel Hanoi

初めて宿泊しましたが、レセプション（Ms.lly, Thounh)がよく対応してくださり、感謝しています。 また、ホテルには無料で洗濯と乾燥を行うことができるので、長期滞在者にもオススメです。 歩いて行ける距離に観光名所や美味しいご飯屋さんがありました。

半夜落地內排機場，打車到酒店100多人民幣，提前聯繫了客服，前台一直等到半夜。酒店位置很方便，去市區citywalk或者打車都很近，房間是無窗房，轉機將就一晚還不錯。

位置方便，性價比也可以

The hotel is clean and looks new, which makes it sad that there is a major problem. 1. The rooms with "city view" are just unusable. First of all it is not a city view, it's just a very busy street where you only can see the building across and secondly it is so loud from constant honking and scooters passing by that it is not possible to rest in that room. If you build a room in this location, at least use proper windows to isolate the noise and not leave gaps between window frame and building wall! 2. The hotel is too cheap to turn on the heating system. I visited in February, and it was around 17°C in the room. 3. Cash deposit. After traveling for 10 years, that was the first time I needed to leave a 500.000VDN deposit uppon check-in. This is just annoying as after check-out and going to the airport, I am now left with the local currency.
