Amazing! First, the staff must be recognized. Kwan made sure everything we needed was taken care of....from laundry, to scooter arrangement, to taxi service. Her kindness is so heart warming and its clear she truly cares about the guests. I felt like I made a new friend in Kwan and was sad to leave. The entire staff is so sweet. Second, the FOOD! We travelled all over Thailand for weeks and Banyan Bay is hands down the most delicious food we had the entire trip. The flavors are so fresh and well balanced. Once I had the green curry I couldn't think of anything else! Everything was incredible. We stayed in the Mali Villa down by the bay. It was cleaned and freshened up for us every day. My husband and I were only supposed to stay here for 1 night, but ended up forfeiting our payment to our next location just to stay here for a few extra days. The views are beautiful! Thank you to Kwan and staff, I hope one day the stars align and we can see you again!
