Kumarakom Lake Resort

Excellent and superb service. From the time of arrival, check in etc you are treated like royalty all the time up until your departure. Food, service everything was absolutely devine. The boat house is a must and was the highlight of our trip. The entire resort staff are so well trained and fulfills all your needs and desires. The villas opens up to your own private section of a winding pool. Mosquitoes can be some what of a problem, not to worry, they have you covered for that too. Did I mention the complementary arrival snacks and drinks...it's wow. We loved everything of this place and couldn't fault them even if we wanted to.

We had a lovely relaxing time. The staff was really friendly and we loved the food and amenities available to us. Boat rides on the lake with live music were a highlight. The breakfast was really good, and local food at the restaurants was delicious. Would highly recommend!

By far one of the best vacations we have had. The location is blissful. So quiet and serene. The resort is top notch with all the facilities you would expect at a five star resort while retaining the traditional charm of Kerala. Food was great. Buffet's usually get very repetitive at resorts but not here. In our experience what made this memorable was the staff and their caring attitude. Started with Dipesh as he helped us book our stay. Gloria, Binisha, Dhanush at the front desk are just awesome. Staff at both restaurants was awesome and extremely attentive as well despite the place being very busy. Monisha, Ritik, Abhilash are the only names that I am remembering right now. It becomes difficult to remember everyone's name when every is so nice The cultural programs in the evening are not to miss. You know that they care for you when you order an item for in room service and they call you back saying that the chef noticed that you ordered the same item the day before at the restaurant and didn't finish it so they want to make sure that you want it the same exact way. We will be back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at the resort! Room 134 had a soft mattress, which wasn’t to our preference, but everything else was wonderful. The staff across the property, especially those at the breakfast dining area and the sunset cruise team, were incredibly friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the evening tea setup—it felt nostalgic and charming to sit under a hut while sipping tea. The in-house activities were delightful; we tried clay vase making, fishing, and loved the cultural show dances, which were the highlight of our trip. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!
