Ons verblijf was erg goed. De medewerkers bij de bali 2aren ontzettend vriendelijke, zo ook het andere personeel. Kamer wasren schoon en de kamer was ook erg ruim. Hopelijk tot de volgende keer!

الغرفة جديدة ونظيفة للغاية

I had the most amazing short stay. Wonderful team. I could recall the lady that checked me in but the next day..I had trouble locating the office I was due to have a meeting. Charm at front desk was so helpful. She called my host as well as checked in on me an hour later to see if I made it! Excellent customer service. They provide complimentary pick up and drop off service..both ways were great. I had an amazing life conversation with Kaiyum Rahman . Nice swimming pool!

لقد زرت الفندق للاستفسار عن أسعار الغرف، لكن موظف الاستقبال، مانوج، كان غير محترف للغاية. عندما طلبت رؤية صور الغرف، رفض وطلب مني التحقق من جوجل. ثم طلبت رؤية غرفة معينة، فقال بوقاحة أنه لا توجد غرف متاحة. لقد كان متجاهلاً وغير محترم، وعندما طلبت التحدث إلى مدير، أخبرني أنه لا يوجد مدير متاح. كانت هذه تجربة مخيبة للآمال للغاية. يجب على الفندق أن يفكر في تعيين موظفين يتحدثون اللغة العربية يفهمون الثقافة ويمكنهم معاملة الضيوف بالاحتراف والاحترام الذي يستحقونه. كانت الخدمة، وخاصة من الموظفين من الهند، أقل بكثير من المستوى المتوقع في صناعة الضيافة. كنت أخطط لحجز جناح من غرفتي نوم، لكنني غيرت رأيي بسبب هذه المعاملة السيئة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت التوصيات التي تلقيتها من أصدقائي مضللة، وتركتني غير راضٍ للغاية. لا أوصي أي شخص بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.

بصراحه احلى وانظف فندق بالنسبه لي ف الكويت من ناحية الخدمه والنظافه وكل شي وبعد قريب من اماكن التسوق وهو لاصق في مول العاصمه وأنا اول مافتح2023 سكنت فيه خذت الشقه غرفتين وصاله كانت روعه وشرحه ونظيفه والسنه هاي 2024 خذت شقه غرفه وصاله وكذالك كانت ممتازه وشكر خاص للأخت Amy ماقصرت في كل شي من ناحية الحجوزات وسرعة الرد وانصح الجميع ف هالفندق المناسب للعايلات

اقامه رائعه بالفندق وطبعا كان كل شي جميل من طاقم الاستقبال والكل .. واشكر حقا الموظفه ايمي على كل ما قدمته لنا انها حقا رائعة بالاضافه إلى الخدمه انها جيده جدا النظافه في الفندق ممتازهاكيد سنكرر الزياره لاحقا انها تجربه لا تنسى

In this hotel, I had an excellent stay. From the moment I arrived until I left, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and highly professional, demonstrating a complete understanding of guests' needs. Amy Rose, the staff member who checked me in, provided a warm welcome. She explained all the details about the hotel and the available services, showing genuine concern for my comfort and being ready to address all my inquiries. Throughout my stay, I observed the dedication of the staff in meeting guests' needs. They efficiently handled any requests and were always ready to assist, with a constant smile adding a positive touch to my experience. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all amenities readily available. The facilities were well-maintained, and the restaurant service was also excellent. In summary, it is a hotel deserving of appreciation, and I highly recommend it to those seeking an outstanding stay with exceptional service.

We like the hotel very nice very clean. All the staff very good. Good area and hotel. Manoj give good price and helped with the booking. Thank you for the hospitality Manoj. Will come back again in future with kids and family. Very nice hotel..

للقد كانت تجربه ممتاز جدا خاصه من الموظفه Amy التي كانت في خدمتنا طوال فترة الاقامه وكانت تجربهراقيه جدا في فندق شقق ماريوت وارغب تكراراها ان شاء في ماريوت مكه حيث اتشوف بعضوية فنادق ومنتجعات ماريوت.............................................................

Our stay was extended and we were completely comfortable with that. The staff is extremely reliable, responsive, and kind. I was able to meet almost everyone and they all play a massive part in the hotel running so efficiently. The cleaning staff was excellent as well, there was never a day that they missed and they would not disturb if you needed privacy. They also remembered my requests and accommodated for that without me needing to ask twice. Without their staff, it wouldn’t have been such a relaxing and fresh place to stay. Big thanks to Prince & Amy for making this place a safe home for the 2 week stay!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of your team. Rittika, in particular, stood out for her exceptional kindness and efficiency in assisting with my requests. It was truly refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to their work. Additionally, I must commend the entire staff, from the security team to the porters, for their exemplary service throughout my stay. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests like myself did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that the rooms were impeccable—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. Parking was actually easy despite previous reviews mention otherwise. I would just suggest to the property to give specific access info to that before their arrival. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.
