Premier Inn London Putney Bridge

Exceptionally helpful at reception…quickly checked in and shown how to get to room which was clean and comfortable . Had booked evening meal and was served by Mimi who face good advice on what to order. Extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again when in area.

Standard Premier Inn experience, no frills but no major dramas Hotel is very well positioned, right by the bridge. reception area was clean, people friendly enough although no communication of where the room was, number of my room, wifi info, breakfast info, was their a bar in the hotel, who knows? More or less a person to collect keys from not much more. I had to book a ground floor disabled room as it was the only room available, although hotel felt empty, breakfast room next day was half full, no idea what was going on there. Anyway room was pretty spacious, of course had to deal with low bath, toilet etc but generally facilities weren't bad. Cleanliness was good in the room although bathroom had hair and sticky stains on the tiles, was a bit dodgy. Tea/Coffee facilities were a real bonus, TV worked, plenty of plugs. Mattress was too big for base which meant it leant over the side, room overlooked a housing estate but its premier inn and central london so its what I expected. Hotel was fairly quiet so no issues there. Next day breakfast was normal Premier Inn fare, was nice, good quality for a hotel at this price point, hostess was nice, friendly and attentive. Not bad, wasn't rushed out like other places twice the price. Overall a positive experience. Overall it was an OK stay, quiet, no frills and the hotel is in a great position. bed was a little odd and not overly comfortable but just a little annoying. breakfast good. Would definitely return if i needed to be in Putney

The Hotel location being close to District Line tube station is great! We all had lovely sleep on the fantastic Bed and the dark curtains helped allot. Good sized room. Better Cleanliness & a makeover would help improve the hotel as it seems quite old now.

The receptionist was not at all friendly or helpful. She mixed up our booking but failed to act when this was pointed out to her. Her demeanour was such that we felt we couldn't challenge her mistake. The room was poky, the desk chair was disgusting as it was badly stained. The shower and toilet were very dirty from not being cleaned properly for a long time. The spoons on the tea tray were dirty. So very disappointed in Premier Inn.
