It is a good hotel but not worth the money there other options cheaper and better hotels like قصر طلايى وال ماس٢ cheaper and better .

لقد كان فندقًا نظيفًا ومريحًا للغاية، لقد سررنا جدًا بإقامتنا، كان الموظفون ودودين ومتعاونين، نشكرك، ونأمل أن نبقى مرة أخرى.

Having booked the hotel through agent for 11 days I suffered with the hotel management. For whatever reason only thing I can write is they didn’t listen to us a customer and having received the payment for one day from the agent they even didn’t allow us to check in and gave us the room until they receive the complete payment of 11 days. Visiting as an international visitor we had to face language issue which is considerate but initial customer service was absolutely pathetic. Even the management could see my mother had a knee surgery recently and she was tired while traveling but they lack empathy and inhuman. Later on after the issue was resolved the staff was good, house keeping staff was good. Staff at front door are great in dealing with customers but first impression stays till last.
