住了這個酒店的第一感受就是還是要相信下評價的，好評不一定真實，差評一定真實，簡單的説就是這家酒店又貴又差，種族歧視，服務態度差，房間螞蟻蚊子一堆，衞生水質也是很差，雖然就在海邊，但海景也不咋地，如果跳島遊，是真沒比較考慮住海邊。總之沒一項好的，非常不值得，請避雷

The hotel is located perfectly on the beach with a vibrant road access.  The food and drinks are great and  well priced. The staff is very friendly.We really enjoyed our stay & will return to this hotel.

This hotel has a very nice location close to the beach, but note that you cannot use the sunbeds on the beach and most of the sunbeds at the hotel are occupied. The restaurant of the hotel is average, rooms are not very well furnished. Some of the furnitures smell bad and not very clean. The beach has a surfing school which is good. The staff tried to charge us while checking out because we took the laundry bag, after our complaint they backed out.

房間總的還行，不過當天查看入住價格4天降了2000多，強烈希望攜程能有價保服務！酒店的生活用水有點泛黃，不知道是不是過濾問題，房間有一點點小蟲爬，潔癖症患者必坑。酒店位置就在沙灘邊，房間多，自助早餐還不錯，門口很多吃飯地方和spa店，菜單都配有中文，記得帶個visa卡，做消費掛單！

整體比較滿意 能看出來員工經過培訓 服務態度較好 期間手機掉沙灘了 前台幫忙聯繫取回 好評 也有幫行李拿上樓 以後會再來

避雷卡塔碧陽德酒店！ 1.衞生情況堪憂 這明顯是前面人有什麼血漬弄臟滲到裏面去，直接換一個枕套，翻個麪就給你用！！ 2.價格虛高明明不是海景房，完全被遮擋了，硬説是海景房 3.水質超差，酒店出來的水全是黃的 4.早飯全是給白人供應 難吃 5.晚上蚊子超級多 專門要的電熱蚊香才能睡 6.隔音也不太好，走廊有人走過都能聽到 攜程上1500預訂的至尊海景房，入住的時候明確和他説了希望安排海邊的房 結果昨天晚上就説看不到海，要求換房間或者退房，前台硬説就説早上可以看到海，現在晚上看不到，退房需要等明天預訂部上班才行，其他房間説都滿了，和攜程溝通半天也沒有結果，攜程説建議我們入住，因為就算不住明天大概率也退不了，勉強入住之後還發現枕頭裡面有不明的血塊，太噁心了！！晚上值班的人就只有一個人，讓他換了枕頭，説是第二天處理，結果第二天説是沒法賠償或者是退款，就給延遲退房到18點 無語！！！

環境很好，就是等待入住久了一點

Our experience at Beyond Kata Resort was deeply disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we checked in, issues began to arise, and they only escalated as our stay continued. First, both of our rooms had serious problems. We rented 2 rooms for us and family. Both rooms had an ant infestation, which was unpleasant and unacceptable. Worse yet, one of the rooms had what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling (I have photos) – a clear health hazard that should never be overlooked in a hotel claiming to offer quality accommodations. However, the worst part of our stay came when my wife and I suffered severe food poisoning after drinking beverages from their outdoor bar. We had only eaten at the hotel that day and only thing in common was the drinks from the pool bar on property. My wife’s condition was so serious that she had to be admitted to the emergency room at Bangkok Hospital in Phuket. We were terrified she wouldn’t be released in time for our flight the next day. The ER visit cost us over 18,000 baht. When I reported these serious issues to the resort’s manager, his response was nothing short of dismissive. He offered to cover the cost of the two drinks that got us both sick, which totaled a mere 600 baht. This was not only insulting but completely inadequate given the severity of what had happened. I explained my concerns about other guests potentially getting sick if the bar’s issues (likely tainted ice) weren’t addressed, but the manager brushed me off with excuses about cleanliness checks. For a resort of this caliber, such negligence is unacceptable. Our health, comfort, and concerns were treated with disregard, and it left us with no confidence in their standards or their ability to care for guests. If you’re considering Beyond Kata Resort, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This was a trip filled with stress, avoidable health issues, and unacceptable service. For us, it’s a definite “Stay Away” for any future visits to Phuket.

還行吧 稍微擁擠 位置較好 性價比一般

非常不愉快的一次住店，定房要求是提前就跟酒店溝通好了的，不僅發了郵件，還打了電話的！結果提的要求沒一個滿足的，無語……我們要的雙床房，給了我一間大床房，説了不要尾房，給了我們一間最後的拐角的房間。整個房間都是歪的，明顯感覺是在斜着睡覺。結果半夜我們就撞👻了，大半夜凌晨三點左右，睡的好好的，房間的燈自己就開了，給酒店前台打電話，電話一直盲線…樓道里還噠噠噠的聲音，我們也不敢出去。就硬睜着眼睛熬到了早上。從事情發生到第二天，酒店沒有安排一個人給我們解決問題，甚至主動找酒店溝通也愛答不理的逃避！！！

這次出遊純純躺酒店的，之前小*書刷到很多潮濕，淋浴水臟，前台態度差，早餐種類少的差評，本來心裏還比較忐忑，來了之後發現問題都不存在。 酒店對面就有按摩，超市，很小的夜市，完全能滿足我的需求。 沙灘上也有玩沖浪的，住了三天，伴着海浪聲睡的也很好。 就是從機場坐smart bus到酒店花了兩小時。
