أولا، الفندق نظيف للغاية، البحر وحمامات السباحة جميلة بشكل لا يصدق. ترى جميع أنواع الأسماك في البحر. يوجد حمامات سباحة ساخنة للأطفال. إنهم جيدون جدًا في التنظيف. أعتقد أن المطاعم كافية، يمكنك العثور على شيء لتناول الطعام والشراب. أود أن أشكر محمد علي وأحمد يحيى وأحمد عصام الذين يعملون في المطعم. لقد اعتنوا بنا بشكل خاص كل يوم. فريق الرسوم المتحركة فريق ممتاز وودود للغاية. وأشكرهم أيضًا. بالطبع، كل شيء ليس مثاليًا، لكنني أعتقد أنه أفضل فندق يمكنك الذهاب إليه مع عائلتك. شكرًا بيكالباتروس رويال مودرنا.

This resort is very large. Distance from room to the beach or heating pool is to long. It's very clean everywhere including bedrooms. Room nice big with walk in shower. Staf is very polite and friendly. We had always problem with open room card. Once we need to change three times day because isn't working properly. Food was same every day. Chicken and rice . Pool and water park was fine. .

Traveled with my partner for some winter sun. Hotel reception - upon check in at 11pm we were directed to get some food and then came back to reception to get our key cards and info sheet. Cleanliness - someone is always cleaning so can’t fault this Food - pretty basic to be honest. You can book into the White Elephant which is apparently a steak restaurant but nobody told us this so we missed out. Drinks - all drinks are local Egyptian, spirits and beer. The cocktails weren’t great and would prefer an option to include ‘premium’ brands. Pools - lots of pools to choose from, the one with main entertainment is heated which makes getting in so much easier! Key cards - lost count of the number of times they stopped working and the external phones on the block didn’t work so we’ve have to go back to reception each time, not so fun when you’re on the 3rd floor. Taxi’s - get the inDrive app! Before using the app we paid 300egp (roughly £5) for a 15 min journey and when we used the app, for double the journey it was the same price! Day entertainment - the staff worked really hard, for long hours and I’m sure don’t get paid a great wage. Night entertainment - wasn’t really our thing, some of the acts were poor and karaoke night it was mainly Russian and not a single English song we could sing along with.
