¿Sabes lo fácil que es medir planitud con tecnología láser? En este video tutorial te lo presentamos. Para este tutorial vamos a utilizar un sistema láser de geometría T21 de ACOEM junto al sistema de alineación AT-400. El objetivo será medir la planitud o coplanaridad de una superficie base. A continuación, una secuencia más detallada del procedimiento: 1- Identificar las superficies a medir 2- Coloque el receptor en la base más cercana al transmisor 3- Haga que el láser coincida con el centro del objetivo 4- Coloque el receptor en una base lejana al transmisor 5- Haga que el láser coincida con el centro del objetivo 6- En la App de planitud introduzca las distancias entre cada base 7- Para efectuar las mediciones, coloque el receptor en la base a medir 8- Haga que el láser coincida con el objetivo 9- Descubra el lector óptico 10- Seleccione el punto en pantalla y tome la medida 11- Repetir este procedimiento para cada una de las bases a medir 12- Al finalizar podrás observar que puntos están más bajo o altos con respecto a las referencias establecidas Con esta información podrás conoces la altura de cada base e identificar cual de ellas requieren alguna corrección según sea la norma con la cual estés tomando de referencia.
