"I love working at Aleido because they saw my potential from the very beginning and believed in me. I also work on exciting and dynamic projects, and my colleagues are some of the most talented and enjoyable people you could ever meet." What’s one thing that always puts a smile on your face? "My family, my kids, my friends, a good plate of my favorite food, the ocean, traveling to Colombia (my home country), a beautiful sunset, anything in nature, and I could keep going...." If you had to describe your team in one word, what would it be? "Possibilitarian!" How would you describe the work culture at Aleido in three words? "Innovative, Meaningful, and Collaborative." What’s your go-to activity to unwind after a long day? "Coming home to my family, baking together, and taking a walk in the forest would be the perfect way to find rest after a long day."
