As designers, we encounter a mix of obstacles—some that push us to grow and innovate, and others that can hold us back. The exciting part? We have the power to overcome these hurdles by identifying, defining, and addressing them head-on—before they snowball into larger issues. Experienced UX Designers Thijs Keesenberg and Sofia Melhus shared their insights on “Design Project Wellness,” incorporating design thinking approaches and strategic design perspectives, based on their own experiences.
