Cardo has transitioned into an investment firm. We’ve made the decision to evolve Cardo into a lean investment firm to ensure we maximize the social and financial impact of our portfolio companies. As part of this transformation, we have: 1) Distributed $14M USD back to shareholders in equity and cash, as part of a share redemption. 2) Transitioned our Chief AI Officer and parts of the AI team to our portfolio company, Zana. 3) Transitioned our CTO and parts of the cloud-native tech team to our portfolio company, Lumina. Thankful for the past and hopeful for the future!

It reduces the barriers to asking health questions, offers instant health guidance, and connects users to affordable healthcare providers when needed.
