📉 55 ton plastiku mniej w skali roku, a do tego dłuższa świeżość i bezpieczeństwo produktów to efekt wprowadzenia przez Biedronka absorberów w 100 % celulozowych w produktach mięsnych. Rozwiązanie to sieć wprowadza jako pierwsza na polskim rynku, a innowacja jest na skalę europejską. Absorbery są w 100% produkowane z materiałów pochodzenia roślinnego spełniają w pełni swoje zadanie, pochłaniają wilgoć i gazy z produktów oraz chronią przed psuciem, zgodnie z wymaganym terminem przydatności. Aby doszło do wdrożenia nowego wkładu chłonnego wykonano szereg testów przechowalniczych i procesowych, zaangażowano cały sztab ludzi po stronie producentów, dostawców mięsa świeżego do sieci handlowej oraz po stronie samej sieci handlowej. Dzięki ich zastosowaniu możliwe jest także obniżenie emisji CO2 związanej z produkcją opakowań oraz zmniejszenie ilości odpadów tworzywowych, przynosząc wymierne korzyści dla środowiska. #Biedronka #BiedronkaDlaPlanety

Tack Paper Province för ni uppmärksammar vårt arbete med att sprida den skogsbaserade och cirkulära ekonomin ut på den globala livsmedels- och förpackningsmarknaden!
Skogsbaserade innovationer från Värmland gör skillnad i världen 🌲. Cellcomb AB:s produkter är ett exempel. Deras absorbent för livsmedelsförpackningar bidrar till att minska världens matsvinn och plastanvändning. Nu har den stora europeiska livsmedelskedjan Biedronka börjat använda absorbenten och tar därmed ett positivt klimatkliv. – Redan nu som en start minskar Biedronka sin plastanvändning med 55 ton per år, genom att införa vår absorbent för sina förpackningar, berättar Henric Nedéus, som är marknads- och affärsutvecklingschef på Cellcomb. Absorbenten är helt gjord av cellulosa och används i exempelvis köttförpackningar för att suga upp vätska. 👏
