Let's get to know Khadija better with three quick questions: ▪️ What are you most excited about while working at Collegial? More than anything else, People. I am excited to get to work with people at Collegial, collaborate and learn from their rich experiences. I get excited when new ideas emerge from collaborations, two brains are better than one, they say. ▪️ What has been your best learning experience so far? Many years ago, I worked in a very rural area as a high school teacher. It was one of the best learning experiences because I have learned about the essence of life in its basic form. I got the chance to be close to the land and live a routine that otherwise I don’t live in busy city lifestyle, hiking mountains, watching sunset, picking seasonal fruits and veggies and being taken care of by the people of the land. I learned how to be present and grateful more. ▪️What is your biggest talent? I can do handstand; It’s not so hidden, but when people find out they seem to be surprised. I like playing with inversions and hand balance as they are challenging but also fun. We’re so happy to have you, Khadija! Join us in giving her a warm welcome 💫
