Solve problems by making them worse 🔄 As an entrepreneur, solving problems is part of the job. But when traditional brainstorming hits a wall, it’s time to approach it from a new angle. Reverse Brainstorming is a counterintuitive method that makes problem-solving easier and more creative. Instead of asking, “How do we fix this?” you ask, “How can we make it worse?” — and then turn those “bad ideas” into smart, practical solutions. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Define the problem.
