This fall we launched our first ever mentorship program with Changers Hub. This initiative paired Changers Hub members with mentors from Epidemic Sound through a personalized matching process. Over the course of 10 weeks, six mentor-mentee pairs worked together to learn, grow, and support one another. To wrap up the program we hosted an intimate session for the participants, featuring an inspiring panel discussion from Sam Hall, Chief Product Officer at Epidemic Sound, and Siduri Poli, Co-founder of Changers Hub. They shared insights into their career journeys and offered valuable advice on discovering and nurturing your goals and passions. Thanks so much to our mentors, Sana, Harry, Maciej, Sergey, Tobias, Patricia and mentees Marvin, Ruqiyo, Benti, Alfio, Adam, Somit for taking part in this program. Throughout 2025, he’ll mentor three Epidemic Sound artists, providing invaluable guidance on career development and artistic growth within the evolving music industry landscape.
