Eurofins has been named as one of the “World's Top Companies for Women” by Forbes and Statista. 👩🔬
To evaluate the World’s Top Companies for Women 2024, approximately 100,000 women were independently surveyed across 37 countries, ensuring complete anonymity and no company recruitment. In this way, each participant could openly state her opinion. 💬
The ranking is based on three scores:
1️⃣ Direct reviews, where women were asked—among other questions—if they would recommend their employer to friends or family, and to rate their employer on gender-specific issues including gender pay equity and whether men and women have the same opportunities for advancement.
2️⃣ Public opinion, where women were prompted to share their perception of other multinational corporations in terms of gender equality based on the public image of those corporations.
3️⃣ Leadership, where companies were objectively scored based on the share of Board and Executive Committee-level positions filled by women.
As of last year, more than 47% of leaders across the Eurofins network are women. This figure has been increasing every year, amidst our ongoing commitment to strengthen gender equality across our global network of companies and laboratories through internal mobility, talent acquisition, our Employee Resource Groups, our Global Leadership Mentor Programme (in which 7 out of 10 mentees are women), and our Equality Ambassadors network. 🌎
