#ICYMI 📌 Our Partner, CARE, has recently released this report on #Gender & #Climate: Even when women are represented in decision-making instances on Climate Change adaptation, their voices go unheard. 🔴 The report highlights the persistence of sexist prejudice and systemic discrimination against women, which constitute the main barrier to their participation in decision-making on climate change adaptation. 🎯 The study then addresses the levers to be activated to break down these barriers and makes recommendations for public decision-makers, development actors, donors, and investors. Civil society organisations and NGOs such as CARE play a key role by proposing projects that intersect the issues of climate justice and gender equality. This study is part of the She Grows the Future programme funded by the Fondation L'Oréal. 🔗 Access the full report at https://bit.ly/4eIYXOA
