As of November 1st Impilo signed up as a Level20 sponsor that is a not-for-profit organisation founded with the aim of improving gender diversity in the private equity industy. The mission is to inspire women to join and succeed in the industry by promoting and retaining female talent. The overall goal of the organisation is for women to hold at least 20% of senior positions in private equity - by working with industry leaders to make the changes necessary for diversity and inclusion to flourish. We look very much forward to our collaboration with Level20 going forward 🙌 🍀

🏆 We're thrilled to bring home the trophy! 🏆   Super happy to once again be part of a fantastic event organized by White & Case LLP, challenging our industry colleagues in a fun and (mostly) friendly football tournament. Very proud to this year be declared the winner out of 16 attending teams!   Impilo has chosen to donate the price money to an organization we have been supporting for several years, En Frisk Generation, which contributes strongly to society in promoting a healthy lifestyle for all.   We will continue our mission of investing in a healthy future, as well as investing in developing our football skills to defend the title next year!

Today Scantox, together with its majority owner Impilo, finalized the acquisition of Gentronix Ltd, a UK based GLP compliant genetic toxicology Contract Research Organization (“CRO”), well recognized for its high-quality genetic toxicology services and strong scientific engagement. KKR and Impilo announce strategic partnership together with management in rare disease platform Immedica Pharma Investment funds managed by KKR, a leading global investment firm, have agreed to acquire Immedica Pharma, a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, focused on the commercialization of medicines for rare diseases and specialty care products. Existing owner, Nordic healthcare investment firm Impilo, will reinvest to become an equal owner alongside KKR. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory and closing conditions. Impilo now partners with two of the co-founders and management of Avia. Our ambition is to build a leading Northern European OTC / Rx platform through organic and inorganic growth.
