Inission Academy Graduates Eight New Project Managers Inission Academy offers nine specialized courses designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. One of these is the Project Management program, a three-day course focused on equipping participants with essential tools and techniques for managing projects effectively. - This year marked a significant milestone as the program was delivered in its international format for the first time. Employees from our Lohja site in Finland and two sites in Estonia joined their Swedish colleagues, making it a truly cross-border experience, says Olle Hulteberg, Course Leader. The Project Management training is a key competence-enhancing initiative, enabling participants to deepen their understanding of the project manager's role and learn how to execute projects with greater efficiency and quality. Strengthening bonds - Inission visits the Embassy of Tunisia in Stockholm On November 19, Inission AB, represented by Fredric Grahn, Sales & Marketing Director Inission AB and Christian Löfgren, Business Development Manager Inission AB, had the privilege of visiting the Embassy of Tunisia in Stockholm. Great Interest at the Inauguration of Inission Syd's Expanded Factory in Malmö On November 7, Inission Syd inaugurated its newly renovated and expanded factory in Malmö, marking a significant milestone for the company and an important development for the region's electronics industry. The celebration coincided with the company's 40th anniversary and attracted customers, suppliers, and representatives from the City of Malmö. In attendance were Inission's founders and board members, as well as Katrin Stjernfeldt Jammeh, Chair of the Municipal Executive Board, and Micael Nord, Municipal Business Director, who joined CEO Carl Lidén to officially inaugurate the new premises. “It is a pleasure to open these new facilities and see Inission Syd strengthen its position in Malmö, a city where the electronics industry has great potential. Malmö has a strong presence of key companies in the sector, and this investment shows how important it is for us to meet our customers' growing needs,” says Carl Lidén. The expansion of Inission Syd’s facilities in Malmö increases the production area to 5,400 sqm, meeting the rising demand for advanced electronics production. The new climate-controlled and ESD-protected facilities enhance capacity and competitiveness. Ambassador visit in connection with Inission's EMS establishment in Tunisia Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Cecilia Wramsten, Sweden's Ambassador in Tunisia, to our factory in Tunis. During the visit, we presented Inission's ongoing transformation of the factory into a full-scale EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) operation, which is expected to be completed before the summer of 2025. Operations in Tunis will complement Inission's EMS offering by enabling competitive medium- and high-volume production outside of Europe. Tunisia is an attractive alternative with its geographical proximity to Europe, quality level, skilled workforce and strong trade relations with Europe. This is an important investment for Inission and our customers with a need for cost-effective and sustainable production solutions.
