We are incredibly grateful to have been finalists for the Diversity Index Award in the category gender. Being a finalist is confirmation that our work for equality and inclusion is making an impact. It has been an honor to stand side by side with so many inspiring people and organizations who are passionate about diversity and inclusion. There were 96 nominees in total, and we are proud to be part of this amazing company. A big congratulations to the winners in the eight categories: - Ethnicity: Karin Heri - Disability: Anders Andrae-Willut - Gender: Ownershift - power shift through ownership, for their work mapping ownership in Sweden and raising the issue of gender equality in companies. - Gender identity/gender expression: Ann-Christine Ruuth - Religion/belief: Abrahams tält - Sexual orientation: Emil Qvarnström - Age: Gustavo Nazar, who runs the initiative "Ge rasism rött kort" - Role model of the year: Faysa Idle, poet from Stockholm We would like to send a big congratulations to all winners and finalists - you are outstanding and continue to show the way for a more just and inclusive future. Our participants are incredibly active, proudly sharing their traditions and habits. Here’s a glimpse of Mashair, preparing a traditional coffee from Sudan—a window into her world. ☕✨ We present SOULFood Project , one of our exciting Erasmus+ projects. SOUL Food is a collaborative initiative with partner organizations from Italy - S-NODI Learning Community, Spain - GEINNOVA- Gestión Estratégica e Innovación , Austria - Caritas der Erzdiözese Wien - Hilfe in Not, Greece - Mind2Innovate, and the coordinating partner Italy - Fondazione S.Carlo Onlus. This initiative focuses on foreign-born women, supporting their social and professional integration through culinary education and cultural exchange. At IKF, we are passionate about promoting social inclusion, diversity, and individual empowerment. Our mission is to create opportunities that enhance integration, bridge cultural gaps, and celebrate the rich tapestry of traditions that strengthen our communities. 🌟 Diploma for the Mammakraft course at the City Hall! 🌟 On December 3, we celebrated the fantastic mothers who successfully completed this autumn's Mammakraft course, a collaboration between Malmö stad, IKF Malmö and Flamman. According to tradition, the ceremony was held in the historic Town Hall, where we were warmly welcomed by Carina Nilsson, the chairman of the municipal council. She shared the history of City Hall and reminded us of the incredible power and change that women have contributed, both in history and in the present. 🙌 With pride and joy, the mothers received their diplomas – a testament to the insights, knowledge and community they have built over the past ten weeks. Mammakraft is not only about parenthood but also about empowering women as pillars of their families and communities. We are so proud of their journey and to be part of an initiative that really makes a difference. Thanks to everyone who made this possible - and to our mothers: You are the inspiration that drives us forward! 🌸✨

The Ethikas project has successfully concluded, marking a significant achievement in supporting foreign-born women on their entrepreneurial journeys. This initiative, co-funded by the European Union (Erasmus+), utilized the innovative design thinking methodology—structured around the three stages: Inspire, Ideate, and Implement—to create tailored resources and tools. 🌟 Key Achievements: ✔️ Inspire: Highlighted human-centered approaches like design thinking to empower migrant women by addressing their unique challenges in entrepreneurship. ✔️ Ideate: Developed and tested innovative Open Educational Resources (OERs) and mentorship methods to enhance professional skills for both educators and learners. ✔️ Implement: Created a comprehensive online Learning Hub offering 21 practical materials covering entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, strategic planning, and technical competencies. 🌟 What’s in it for you? ✔️ A user-friendly Learning Hub packed with 21+ resources.  This hub includes resources on communication, business strategies, and technical skills essential for business growth. ✔️ A complete eBook and Toolkit to guide you step by step, through which educators and trainers can use to promote sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial education ✔️ Designed to empower YOU with practical tools for real-world success! 🚀 Two Intensive Days of Youth Mobility in Malmö!   This October, we wrapped up an extraordinary two-day youth mobility event in Malmö, hosted by Fryshuset Syd and coordinated by IKF Malmö as part of the SUSENT Erasmus+ project. 🌍✨   The initiative brought together dedicated partners— Fryshuset  @EURASIA Turkey, @FDI Belgium, and @ESICA Austria—to empower young people through the power of shared knowledge, cross-cultural exchange, and a commitment to sustainable development goals (SDGs).   Together, we created an inspiring space for learning, growth, and meaningful connections. From workshops to collaborative discussions, every moment reinforced the importance of global partnerships and youth empowerment. 🌱💡   The SUSENT Project stands for Developing Skills for Climate Resilient, Sustainable Digital Entrepreneurs. It’s an Erasmus+ initiative addressing two pressing objectives: - Tackling climate change through sustainable practices. -  Promoting entrepreneurship and women's employability.   A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making these two days unforgettable for the youth.
