Let's get serious The new EU Instant Payment Regulation (passed March 2024) mandates banks and financial institutions to be able to receive and send Instant Payments using the TARGET services by late 2025. In the EU alone, ramifications will be severe. Some 5000 banks and the 7000 financial institutions (PSPs etc.) will now require software, hardware and everything else you need in order to carry out instant payments.
