A gift that matters. 🎁 With various crises, from war to natural disasters, rising around us, the Knowit Holiday Fundraiser aims to support people fleeing. 💙 All donations will enable UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency's work to help people in the midst of crises and also the essential work of preparations and organizing that is greatly needed in emergency situations. An example of what a contribution could do (SEK): ▪️ 22 kronor: a durable and waterproof sleeping pad or a 10-liter water tank ▪️ 110 kronor: a solar lamp that can charge a phone ▪️ 250 kronor: a stove for a displaced family ▪️ 3,000 kronor: an emergency kit Knowit will donate twice the amount for all donations up to 500,000 SEK (EUR 43,000). I går præsenterede vores senior UX-konsulent, Maria og digital designer, Julie, deres arbejde med Fællesskabet Glad for netværksgruppen Ladies that UX Aarhus – et inspirerende community, hvor alle køn er velkomne! 🤩 De delte både indsigter fra projektet og satte fokus på, hvordan vi hos Knowit arbejder med inclusive design og tilgængelighed. De delte bl.a. deres konkrete erfaringer om:  👉 Design for inklusion. Her satte de ord på hvordan de involverede brugerne med udviklingshandicap i designprocessen for at sikre, at alle kunne navigere hjemmesiden med lethed og glæde.  👉 Fra vision til virkelighed: Her fortalte de om hvordan de transformerede Fællesskabet Glads værdier og varme til en digital platform, der er med til at skabe større opmærksomhed omkring deres formål. - og hvordan arbejdet hjælper med at styrke Fællesskabet Glads synlighed og engagere brugere på en let og sjov måde – uden at gå på kompromis med NGO’ens mission om glæde, fællesskab og inklusion. Aftenen bød desuden på mange gode spørgsmål, skønt selskab og netværk - og vi er ikke i tvivl om at alle gik hjem med nye perspektiver på, hvordan design kan skabe positive forandringer. 💪
