Strengthening sustainability across the Nordics 🌍🚀 This week Nimlas Group sustainability leaders and representatives from all Nimlas countries - Sandbäckens, Quattro Mikenti Group and Konstel AS gathered in Finland for a fruitful workshop. The focus of this collaboration was to harmonize ESG KPI definitions across the group, ensure compliance with the upcoming CSRD requirements, and drive meaningful sustainability improvements.    Together with our partner Normative.io, we’re refining our carbon footprint calculations, preparing for H2 ESG reporting, and aligning on our journey toward net zero. This meeting also served as a platform for a comprehensive GAP analysis to support CSRD readiness and discussions on our sustainability-linked loans. Veerle Groenendijk, Head of Group Accounting at Nimlas was pleased with the meeting. "It is exciting to work with our dedicated Nordic colleagues with a shared purpose. Nimlas Group participates at KLAR Partners AGM in London 🇬🇧   This week, Nimlas' main owner, KLAR Partners, held this year's general meeting. Christoffer Järkeborn, deputy CEO, presented the financial performance and its future path: to become the leading technical installation and building services company in the Nordics, which will be achieved through the growth strategy of 12 billion SEK in revenue and 10% EBITA. The installation industry has clear tailwinds with significant needs for: 📌 Renovation of aging building stock  📌 Sustainability and energy efficiency requirements   “Nimlas is today a high-quality technical installation services group. Nimlas brings together a wide range of expertise in technical installations across various disciplines. Recently, Nimlas Group CEO Mikael Matts visited both project-focused and service-oriented companies within Quattro Mikenti Group, Nimlas Finnish operations, as part of his ongoing engagement with local managing directors and key personnel across the three Nordic countries. Over 130 companies form the Nimlas Group. “We have a diverse range of businesses at Nimlas, and I’m impressed by the experience and expertise within our Nordic network. Our local managing directors are dedicated to successful business based on long-standing and close relationships with their customers,” says Mikael. During his visit, Mikael toured the Laakso Joint Hospital project in Helsinki. This large-scale project is carried out through a collaborative alliance project model, with Quattroservices as one of the three subcontracting alliance partners for technical installations. The project, valued at SEK 537 million for Quattroservices, is scheduled for completion by 2030. Mikael also visited Assonant Oy, which focuses on electrical maintenance, repairs, and services for large rental housing companies and property owners. The company has built long term contracts and continues to deliver high-quality service with dedicated employees. “I’m always eager to exchange ideas with local management, whether they’ve been with us from the start or recently joined. We’re growing fast and welcoming more enthusiastic professionals”, Mikael adds.
