Over 19 years at GE, I tackled Quality, Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Lean Six Sigma roles. I also oversaw customer service for Ultrasound equipment, and later, I managed Commercial Operations in the Medical Device division. In 2013, I joined Catalent, where I have been for the past 12 years, initially in Sales Operations/SFE and most recently as GM of the Somerset Operations site. 🔸 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲? — Reflecting on the traits of successful leaders I’ve come across during my career: 1️⃣ Care about the people you work with: Successful leaders foster high-performing teams by attracting top talent and investing in their development through coaching and challenging projects. They understand their team members, maximize their potential, and engage deeply to optimize performance. 2️⃣ Visionary communication: They clearly communicate the organization's vision, linking each member’s daily work to overarching goals. It requires a deep understanding of both the market and internal operations. ✨ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲? — I am driven by the privilege of working in an industry that directly affects people's lives every day. Personally, as someone who benefits from such medications, I'm driven each day to contribute, no matter how small, to advancing medical treatments, from oncology to pain management. I am also fortunate to work with incredible people at all levels of the organization who share a strong passion for what they do. 🤝 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 "𝐖𝐞 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄" 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮? — At its core, the “We Care” values focused on employees, customers, and patients align with how we’ve been operating here in Somerset, New Jersey. I think the emphasis on communication and collaboration is a key element that resonated with me the most. 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐭: https://lnkd.in/ga76y_M2 #ArdenaJourney #WeCARE
