Visualizing moments from our first day at Liljeholmens, Kulturponton A community brought together through art, creativity, and shared experiences. With over 24 participants competing and 300 visitors enjoying the Artsauna, light installations, and house music, the day was nothing short of magical. ✨ Winter Edition Success! ❄️ This weekend, we hosted our second Winter Edition in Stockholm with two days of activations at Kulturpontonen, Liljeholmen, and under the Golden Bridge at Slussen. Day 1 featured a mobile art sauna by artist Anwira and light installations by Tina Johnsson, which also served as a warm-up for the Nobel Week Lights in Stockholm. With over 500 visitors and talents flying in from Germany, England, Taiwan, and Denmark, it was a magical weekend celebrating creativity and the connection between art and people. A special thanks to Stockholm Stad for giving us the opportunity to activate these locations, and to Visit Stockholm for sharing our events on their channels to inform tourists across the city during the First Advent weekend. Thank you to everyone who joined and made this possible! 🌟

An amazing collaboration with Vestre that has provided us with outdoor furniture this summer! ✨
This summer, we are collaborating with the City of Stockholm (Stockholms stad) to create temporary and accessible social meeting places for the city's youth, a project close to our hearts💛 At the Kulturpontonen (in English, "the Cultural Pontoon") in Liljeholmshamnen, space is created for both activities and socializing! One of the organizers, Outdoor Sessions, hosts dance sessions with international choreographers, making the pontoon amazingly lively. "Culture is an important part of the city's work in developing the quays. This year, we had the pleasure of having Vestre and Jernhusen AB with us to enhance the experience and bring the quays to life. The beautiful view from the pontoon, combined with a first-class program by and for young people, has been the charm and attraction that made people discover the place and its potential, making them want to come back. Now, the Cultural Pontoon has become a destination in its own right," says Fariba Daryani, project manager at the City of Stockholm. #socialmeetingplaces

Happy to announce our launch for the summer with our new graphic made by Ingrid Coradini! Since summer is just around the corner and we can happily announce that there will be another summer edition in June and July with Outdoor Sessions at Pontonen 🌞 SUMMER 2024!! We are super excited to come back. This summer is gonna be all about sharing, exploring, and learning with and from each other. Like last year, there will be events and activities happening all summer, like open sessions, battles, international workshops, flea markets and open stage and more. We want Outdoor Sessions to be a place where everyone feels welcome for all kinds of people in the culture community. Our goal is to create an open place where aspiring artist of any kind get to meet, share and just hang out and chill this summer.
