  • Prisma expands its retail park in Gothenburg! Remember the retail park we acquired in Gamlestaden back in September? Now we are taking the next step in transforming it into a vibrant retail destination. ✨ Prisma has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Dollarstore to develop a new 3,080 square meter store in the area. As part of this, we are expanding the retail park by an additional 1,080 square meters to meet growing demand. Construction kicks off in the beginning of 2025, with Dollarstore opening its doors by the end of the year. And this is just the beginning – more exciting developments are on the way for Gamlestaden in 2025. ✨

  • The golden arches are coming to Eksjö! ☀️ Prisma has signed a 20-year lease agreement with Food Folk Sverige AB (McDonald's Sverige) for a new McDonald’s restaurant in our growing retail park in Eksjö. With a total rental value of SEK 28 million, the restaurant will join a strong tenant lineup, including Dollarstore, JYSK, jem & fix Sverige, and Rusta. McDonald’s in Sweden is in the midst of a significant expansion journey - ten new restaurants are set to open next year, and another ten are planned for the following year. We’re proud to be part of Food Folk Sverige and McDonald’s impressive growth, bringing their restaurants to attractive locations across the Nordics!   • Prisma strengthens its management team! On January 1, 2025, our in-house property management team will take over responsibility for Prisma's Swedish property portfolio. In connection with this, our Head of Property Management Per Nilsson will join the management team. Per has been with Prisma since March 2024 and has successfully established our new property management organization throughout the year. He brings extensive industry experience, including previous roles at Svenska Handelsfastigheter and Thon Property. "I am delighted to welcome Per to the management team. With his experience, he will play an important role in the company's strategic work and contribute to our continued development,” says CEO Fredrik Mässing.

  • Retail magic in the making in Vänersborg 🏗️ Construction has now started on a new, centrally located Rusta Sverige store in Vänersborg, spanning 2,080 square meters. "We are proud to partner with Rusta on their continued expansion across Sweden. This is our first project in Vänersborg, and we’re excited to collaborate with one of the country’s leading brands as we establish ourselves in a new municipality," says Thomas Hansen, CDO at Prisma. We look forward to the grand opening in the third quarter of 2025!

  • Say hello to Sara Ankel – the backbone of our financial operations ✨ With sharp analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement, Sara develops financial strategies that drive Prisma forward. When she’s not bringing her A-game to the office, you’ll find her at the local CrossFit box. Her journey at Prisma started two years ago when a recruitment ad caught her eye. “The focus on developing new properties here is something I really enjoy. Combine that with amazing colleagues and great managers, and it’s a place I love working at”, says Sara.

  • It might not look like much now — but this plot of land will soon become a retail destination filled with a wide range of products at competitive prices. 🏗️ In October, we signed a 15-year lease with Dollarstore to develop a new 3,100-square-meter store in Östhammar. Now, construction is in full swing! More and more customers are discovering Dollarstore, and the chain has seen remarkable growth in recent years. Last year, revenue rose to SEK 4.4 billion, and the expansion continues with a dozen new stores planned for the coming year. We’re proud to be part of Dollarstore’s impressive journey. The new store will be located next to a retail park with well-known neighbors such as ICA Gruppen, Coop Sverige, ÖoB AB, and JYSK, making the area an attractive destination for affordable and convenient retail. Stay tuned for the opening, set for October 2025.

  • What’s the secret behind our solid balance sheet and low vacancy rates?  Our CEO, Fredrik Mässing, and CFO, Martin Lindqvist, share insights in a recent episode of the "Kvartalet" podcast. "We grow with our tenants. Over the past year, we’ve expanded alongside Dollarstore in Denmark, which operates under the name BigDollar.   • It’s Black Friday, and what better way to celebrate than with the grand opening of our brand-new retail park in Randers, Denmark! 🎉 After a year of construction, we’re excited to welcome Thansen, BigDollar and Lager 157 to their new stores, all located in a well-established retail center in Denmark’s sixth-largest city. Spanning nearly 6,500 square meters, the retail park has been designed with both convenience and sustainability in mind. As part of our commitment to green initiatives, we’re also providing charging stations for electric vehicles. ⚡
