Startups, students and reseachers from KTH met with SEB, SEBx and SEB Greentech Venture Capital yesterday to hear about how the bank works with innovation. Seven startup teams founded at KTH also got the opportunity to sit down with the SEB team to explore potential areas of collaboration. Samira Aissi, Investment Manager at SEB Greentech VC said: - It was great to meet with founders and people with innovative ideas who might start companies in the future. A bank does so much more than giving out loans, and this was an opportunity to highlight the wider ecosystem in the world of innovation and entreprenurship, and which role SEB can play. Actors like KTH Innovation play an important role in connecting the ecosystem. Thank you SEB! The third annual report on the Nordic State of AI is here. Nordic industrial companies are showing an increased commitment to Artificial Intelligence (AI). While the overall adoption of AI technologies continues to increase, Nordic companies are also increasing their investments into AI development. Despite the significant acceleration in AI-related activities, there remains a large number of areas that require further progress, such as industrial large-scale adoption of AI, talent acquisition and investments into AI infrastructure. The Nordic State of AI report is an annual publication providing insights on creating value with AI by understanding what technologies to use and where, the role and importance of AI infrastructure choices, and when to buy AI “off-the-shelf” versus when to build custom AI.
